This place is clean with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff at the reception; the breakfast served here is hot and exceptional and includes beans and fruit.

Rooms where well-designed and functional, everything was good. It was good value with a comfortable décor.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was convenient being close to the main shopping center and shopping malls, all within walking distance. Roberto's Pizza House, just a stone's throw away, offered a wide range of lunch options. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the price was reasonable at $10.05.

Had a very comfortable time. Everything was great, including amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff. The room was could have been better cleaned floors and available with twin beds. I spent some time with hot drinks in the superb main bar.

The location here was pretty good, close to fun places like nightclubs and cool restaurants. We grabbed lunch at Roberto's Pizza House, which is just a stone's throw away. Plus, the restaurant at this place is quite spacious for a nice dinner setting. 🍕

I enjoyed a nice size room with air conditioning, a storage, and new curtains. The views all over the town were magnificent. The location was comfortable and easy, close to The Potteries Museum and Art Gallery. Was in a very very nice area and near nightclubs and restaurants.

Very hard working and friendly efficient staff on shift and the facilities provided were really comfortable. The location to a museum and a cinema was incredibly comfortable for everything that I needed. A park and a hill were next to the hotel.

The hotel was good value. Our room was not only budget, but also cheap with a lovely bedroom, a comfortable double bed, as example. All the dishes were lovely, nevertheless you can visit nearby Rift & Co.

The restaurant served delicious meals, the room was modern and cozy with comfortable beds. The pool was well-maintained, and parking was convenient. The hotel’s location was fantastic, near Alton Towers, and just a short walk from downtown.
